Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Turn Instant pot on to saute function and add avocado oil
  2. Once the oil is hot, add the ground beef and start to brown. Once mean is mostly browned add onion, jalapeno, garlic, and spices. Saute for 3-5 min
  3. Add in beef bone broth, tomatoes, and beans.
  4. Close, seal valve, set to manual high pressure for 20 minutes
  5. Once done, let the pressure release naturally for about 10 minutes, then turn the valve for a quick release
  6. Lable the chili into a bowl and garnish with your favorite toppings - green onion, grain-free tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream, etc
