These easy, no-bake cheesecake bites are made with yogurt, dairy-free cream cheese, and freeze-dried strawberries for a naturally sweet, tangy, and protein-packed treat! Perfect for a quick snack or dessert.
Ingredients

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Dairy-Free Cream Cheese - Kite Hill
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Strawberries, Freeze Dried, measured once crushed into a fine powder w/ food processor
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Vanilla Protein Powder - Nuzest, or coconut flour if you do not want extra protein in these
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Coconut Flour
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Almond Milk
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt

- In a bowl, combine dairy-free cream cheese, yogurt, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the coconut flour until a dough forms. If the mixture is too soft, let it chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
- Using a spoon, scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Roll each bite in extra crushed graham crackers for extra texture and flavor.
- Place them on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Enjoy! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
Notes
If you like your snacks a bit sweeter you can add 1-2 tbsp of honey/maple syrup
