Simple Antioxidant Smoothie
This smoothie is packed with antioxidants and it only has 3 simple ingredients + water! I love giving this smoothie when the kids have anything that resembles a cold! It’s super good for them and nourishing!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Kiwi, With skin!
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder, Optional
- 3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz Water
