Do you trust me? 😇 I know my way around cottage cheese, and this protein hot chocolate is definitely a fun winter drink without protein powder!
It's creamy, delicious, and the protein helps keep you fueled while still indulging in a fun treat.

Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Milk, regular or dairy free
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Cottage Cheese, Low-Fat
- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Cacao Powder, Raw
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1 - 2 pinch1 - 2 pinch1 - 2 pinch Real Salt - Redmond

Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Blend the milk and cottage cheese together until smooth.
- Pour into a small saucepan and heat on low while adding the rest of the ingredients. Constantly stir until mixed and let simmer for about 3-5 min (don't let it boil).
- Taste and add more sweetener (either more chocolate chips or granulated sugar of choice) if needed. Enjoy (with some whipped cream on top ;))
