Fudgey cottage cheese brownies
Gluten free, refined sugar free, and made with just wholesome ingredients! These brownies are incredibly dense & fudgey without being overly sweet. They're the perfect sweet tooth fix when you're trying to stay on track with your nutrition and protein goals!

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Butter, Unsalted, Melted, or natural oil

- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Milk, Milk of choice is fine

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Cocoa Powder

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour - King Arthur
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Sea Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Melt butter, and melt your chocolate
- combine cottage cheese, milk, butter, chocolate, egg, sugar, vanilla, and cocoa in a food processor until smooth
- whisk flour, salt, and baking soda, then add the blended wet ingredients, and mix well
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Pour in 9x9 baking pan lined with parchment paper and optionally, top with more chocolate chips
- Bake at 350 for 22-25 min
- Allow to cool completely before slicing
- I like to cool at room temp ~45 min, then refrigerate 1-2 hours for clean slicing and no crumbles
