Easy gooey cookie skillet
Gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free cookie skillet, with a perfectly gooey center! Serve with coconut ice cream for the ultimate sweet treat!

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Sugar, Or brown sugar substitute
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Almond Butter, Or nut butter of choice
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Almond Flour
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Baking Soda
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Sea Salt
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup 70% Cacao Organic Vegan Bitter-Sweet Dark Chocolate Chips with Organic Stevia (Bulk) - Pascha Chocolate Co.
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Grease and 8" cookie skillet with nonstick spray or coconut oil
- Whisk eggs & sugar together, then whisk in almond butter & vanilla
- Fold in dry ingredients, then chocolate chips
- Top with more chocolate chips if desired
- Bake at 350 for 20-22minutes, top with flakey sea salt and enjoy!
- Store leftovers in the fridge. It tastes just as amazing cold!
