Ingredients

- 14 fl oz14 fl oz14 fl oz Lite Coconut Milk - Thai Kitchen
- 24 grams24 grams24 grams Vanilla Protein Powder
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Agar Agar Powder
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Turmeric Powder
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Cut lemons lengthwise and carefully scoop out the inside.
- Juice lemon segments (I got about 1/2 cup of juice total).
- In a medium pot, combine lemon juice, coconut milk, protein powder, maple syrup, agar agar, and turmeric.
- Simmer over medium heat while whisking until barely simmering (about 5 minutes).
- Pour mixture back into lemon rinds and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
