This sweet treat is delicious and so easy to make. It’s perfect for the holidays because you can decorate the white chocolate to the holiday color. My white chocolate is spring pink for Easter and I used elderberry powder to dye it! So fun and extra nutritious!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a mixing bowl, add the almond flour, oats, protein powder, coconut oil, agave and hemp seeds. Mix together until a cookie dough like texture forms. Press onto parchment paper and place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together. Add in your elderberry powder or any way you want to dye your chocolate. Pour over the cookie dough bark and top with sprinkles (optional).
  3. Place back in the freezer for a few hours and break to enjoy!

Notes

I used elderberry powder to color the chocolate. You can just use regular food coloring to color it though!
