Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Spaghetti Squash, Baked
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Tofu, block, extra firm, pressed and crumbled
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Broccoli
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Vegan Shredded Cheddar
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Chive Almond Milk Cream Cheese Style Spread - Kite Hill
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Nutritional Yeast

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Garlic Powder

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Onion Powder

- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half, scoop out seeds, and bake face down on a sheet at 375°F for 30–40 minutes
- Once cool enough, scrape into "spaghetti" strands.
- Press tofu to remove excess water, then crumble it into a large bowl
- In the bowl with tofu, add the cooked spaghetti squash, broccoli, dairy-free cheese, cream cheese, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix until well combined.
- Spread mixture into a greased casserole dish. Top with a little extra cheese if you want it super gooey!
- Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes, until heated through and slightly golden on top.
