Banana snack cake is one of my favorite treats to have on hand. It’s healthy and such a good snack for the kids. Use the word cake in the title and I swear they will eat anything!

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x8 brownie pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add banana, egg and coconut milk. Whisk together. Add in flour, almond flour, sugar and baking powder. Mix until the batter forms.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour into the greased pan. Place in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
  5. Slice and enjoy!
