- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Almond Milk, Any milk of choice, can add more as needed
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Raw Honey, More for sweeter
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cherries, Frozen, Defrosted, chopped with juices
