Double Chocolate Muffins
These muffins are made with a secret ingredient as its base. And I bet you’ll never guess what it is! If you guess garbanzo beans, then you guessed right. The best part is, your kids will never know! These are so delicious and so healthy, they will be fooled!
Ingredients
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Chickpeas, 1 Can
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Egg
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Pure Maple Syrup
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Almond Butter, A chocolate one if you can find it!

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cocoa Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Baking Chocolate Chips

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease a muffin pan.
- In a food processor, add chickpeas, eggs, maple syrup and almond butter. Blend until it becomes creamy. Add to a mixing bowl. Then add cocoa powder, baking powder and flour. Mix together until it becomes a creamy batter. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop batter into your muffin pan. Place in the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
