Okay the perfect summer breakfast or snack is this peaches and cream chia seed pudding. It’s so refreshing and absolutely delicious. Peaches are only in season for so long, so you might as well use them in every way you can! The kids love this in the afternoon! It’s perfect!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Peaches
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Whole Milk
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Chia Seeds
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Hemp Hearts
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Granola, Optional

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Agave Nectar Syrup

- In a blender, add your peaches, milk and maple syrup. Blend until creamy.
- In a bowl, add chia seeds and hemp seeds. Add the peach mixture. Stir and set in the fridge. Let it sit until it thickens.
