Pork & Peaches (Edit recipe)

Peaches are one of my favorite fruits and so easy to cook with too. This sweet and savory Pork and Peaches made all in one skillet couldn't be easier and is bursting with flavor! The pork is tender and the sweet peaches cooked in a buttery, cinnamon and balsamic sauce will make them swoon! The best part is this is ready in 30 minutes so its perfect for those busy weeknights too!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Heat oil in a large oven proof skillet
  3. Pat chops dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper
  4. Add to pan cooking 4 minutes per side
  5. Move to plate
  6. Add ghee to pan
  7. Add peaches, cinnamon and balsamic
  8. Stir gently and cook 3 minutes
  9. Add chops back to pan
  10. Bake 10 minutes or till chop temperature reaches 145 on thermometer
  11. Remove from oven and spoon peaches and sauce over the chops
  12. Sprinkle with almonds
  13. Enjoy!
