Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 400°F (or grill to medium-high).
- Tear foil sheets (about 12" x 12") and lightly grease with olive oil or butter.
- Layer each packet with sliced onions, broccoli, and chicken.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add a splash of balsamic or Worcestershire over the top
- Fold foil tightly into a packet, sealing the edges.
- Bake for 25–30 mins or until chicken is fully cooked (165°F internal temp). Open carefully!
- Top with cheese if using, and broil for 1–2 mins (if baking) or let melt inside the packet after cooking.
