20 Minute Copy Cat Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Ground Beef (93/7) - Thrive Market

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole White Onion, Chopped
- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, Chopped

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning - Primal Palate, Or your favorite brand

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Mexican Oregano, Dried
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cumin, Ground

- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Lettuce, Iceberg, Shredded
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Mexican Cheese Blend, Shredded
- 12 whole12 whole12 whole Taco Shells

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- 2. Chop your onions and garlic.
- 3. Place your ground beef, onions and garlic in your sauté pan.
- 4. Break up the ground beef into small pieces.
- 5. Add taco seasoning, cumin, oregano into the midst mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Some taco seasoning a really salty.
- 6. Place your taco shells in a preheated oven for 3-5 minutes.
- 7. Add 1 tablespoon of water to the meat mixture and let evaporate for a couple minutes.
- 8. Time to assemble the tacos! Place your meat in the taco shells, top with shredded lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes (optional)
