- 7 oz7 oz7 oz Lemongrass, Basil sauce (Kevin’s Natural Foods Brand)

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Basmati Rice

- Cook rice according to package
- Heat oil up in a wok or big skillet over medium to medium-high heat
- Add onions and sprinkle salt over the top
- Sauté till onions start to get tender
- Add ground chicken and garlic
- Cook until the chicken is no longer pink
- Add mango and green beans
- Stir, reduce heat to medium-low, and cover for 5 mins
- Add sauce and coconut milk
- Stir and cover for 5 mins
- Uncover and simmer for 10 mins (if the sauce is thick after uncovering, add 1/2 a cup of water before simmering)
- Serve on top of basmati rice
