20 Minute Salmon Bowls
If you need a quick and easy dinner that is full of flavor these salmon bowls are a must try!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Wild-Caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon - Thrive Market, Or 4 slices

- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Short Grain Rice
- 3 whole3 whole3 whole Persian Cucumber, Sliced
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Edamame (Soybeans)
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Blackened Seasoning, I used Merman’s Revenge blacked seasoning
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Green Onion (Scallion), Chopped

- 1. Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees.
- 2. Season your salmon with the merman’s revenge blackened seasoning and bake for 15-18 minutes.
- 3. Cook your rice. Or warm up Trader Joe’s Japanese fried rice in a skillet.
- 4. Slice your cucumber and green onions.
- 5. Remove your salmon from the oven and assemble the bowls.
- 6. Optional top your salmon with merman’s revenge honey habanero sauce.
- Enjoy!
