Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Egg, broad noodles (gluten-free optional )
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Cottage Cheese
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Sour Cream
- 666 Eggs, large (beaten)
- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Cane Sugar
- 888 Butter, Unsalted, softened

- 888 Cream Cheese, Full Fat, softened
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat the oven to 375u2109.
- Grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish with butter.
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, eggs, butter, sugar, and salt.
- Add the cooked noodles to the cheese mixture.
- Place the mixture in the prepared casserole dish.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until the cheese has set and the top is golden. Serve.
Notes
Bake and store covered in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Leftovers are delicious! You can freeze the baked kugel for up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight and then reheat in the oven at a low temperature. You can combine all of the ingredients and store the kugel in the refrigerator a day in advance. Bake the day you are using it.
