Carrot Cake Muffins
These are the easiest muffins ever to prep for your little ones. They’re made with a handful of ingredients and very healthy. The kids loved them! I left the carrots a bit longer for a Halloween look. My toddler loved that these had “worms” in them!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Egg
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Olive Oil

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Carrots, Shredded
- 2 cup2 cup2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cinnamon, Ground

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
- In a mixing bowl, add your banana and mash. Then add all of your other ingredients and stir together. Scoop into the muffin pan. Place in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let it cool and enjoy!
