Carrot Cake Bars (Edit recipe)

These carrot cake bars have been a HIT since I created this recipe in 2020! I remember whipping them up multiple times in that first month because we loved them so much, and a batch would not stand a chance. We love these! They are soft, buttery and tasty, and not to mention they are gluten free and made with wholesome ingredients!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat oven to 350° and prepare 8x8 baking dish.
  2. Mix wet ingredients.
  3. Add dry to wet mixture and mix all together until fully combined.
  4. It may seem thick but thats okay!
  5. Fold in your add ins and pour into baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes (or until top is golden and knife comes out clean).
  7. I use cream cheese & cinnamon, or a cream cheese frosting on top.
  8. Enjoy!
