- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Chipotle Smoked Salt - Texas Salt Co., any smoked salt flavor you like

- Cherries, Dried, or freeze-dried fruit of choice
- miso wasabi peas (click for recipe), or dried-edamame, chickpeas, etc.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 275.
- to a large bowl, add all dry ingredients; set aside.
- in a sauce pan over medium heat, add all wet ingredients.
- using a large spatula, thoroughly mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
- add snack mix to a baking sheet; then bake for 60-75 minutes, stirring every 15-20 minutes.
- remove from oven, then allow to cool completely.
- fold in dried fruit + miso wasabi peas (or any other add-ins you like!)
- store in an air-tight container for up to 1 week at room temperature, 2 weeks in the fridge, or 3 months in the freezer.
