Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. preheat oven to 275.
  2. to a large bowl, add all dry ingredients; set aside.
  3. in a sauce pan over medium heat, add all wet ingredients.
  4. using a large spatula, thoroughly mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
  5. add snack mix to a baking sheet; then bake for 60-75 minutes, stirring every 15-20 minutes.
  6. remove from oven, then allow to cool completely.
  7. fold in dried fruit + miso wasabi peas (or any other add-ins you like!)
  8. store in an air-tight container for up to 1 week at room temperature, 2 weeks in the fridge, or 3 months in the freezer.
