- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Beef Instant Bone Broth - Bare Bones, prepared

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Thyme, Dried

Palmini Mash
- 4 cups4 cups4 cups Hearts of Palm, Mashed - Palmini
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ghee

- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Almond Milk
- 3 - 4 Tbsp3 - 4 Tbsp3 - 4 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Parsley

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef/turkey and cook until browned.
- Stir in carrots, tomato paste, broth, coconut aminos, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Let simmer 5–7 minutes, then mix in peas.
- In a small saucepan, warm the Palmini mash with butter /ghee and milk.
- Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast if using.
- Spread the meat mixture in a baking dish.
- Top evenly with the Palmini mash and smooth the surface with a spatula.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
- Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Optional add-ins: Sprinkle shredded cheese or dairy-free cheese on top before baking. Add chopped mushrooms or lentils for extra texture.
