- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Peanut Butter Powder

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

- 1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp1.5 Tbsp Almond Milk
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Peanuts, Dry roasted

- In the base of an immersion blender, combine 1 single-serve cup of cottage cheese, 3 dates (soaked in hot water for 10 minutes; then drained), 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and 1 tablespoon peanut butter powder.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, then transfer the mixture back into the cottage cheese cup.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1½ tablespoons almond milk, and 1 tablespoon maple syrup until glossy and smooth. Add more almond milk in tiny amounts if needed to desired consistency. Then swirl the ganache over the base.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon dry roasted peanuts and a big pinch of flaky salt on top.
- Freeze for 25-30 minutes, then enjoy!
