  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and 8x8 baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, add your cottage cheese, eggs and agave. Whisk together. For creamier results, blend the cottage cheese first so it’s smooth like yogurt.
  4. Then fold in your flour, baking powder and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour into the greased pan.
  6. Top with any toppings you want… blueberries, chocolate chips, banana, etc!
  7. Place in the oven and bake for 18-22 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
