Sheet Pan Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Agave Nectar Syrup
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and 8x8 baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, add your cottage cheese, eggs and agave. Whisk together. For creamier results, blend the cottage cheese first so it’s smooth like yogurt.
- Then fold in your flour, baking powder and vanilla extract.
- Pour into the greased pan.
- Top with any toppings you want… blueberries, chocolate chips, banana, etc!
- Place in the oven and bake for 18-22 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
