- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Butter, Salted, can sub plant-based

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Sour Cream, can sub plant-based
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Truffle Oil
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garlic Powder

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper, to taste

- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the mashed potatoes, parmesan cheese, butter, sour cream, truffle oil, and garlic powder and mix until fully combined, melted, and warm. Remove from the heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a small glass, bowl, or even a fun martini glass, pipe in the mashed potatoes. I used a Wilton 1M piping tip.
- If desired, top with a sprinkle of gold glitter dust and a Parmesan cracker. Enjoy!
