- 222 Vidalia Onion, Sliced finely
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Butter, Unsalted

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Beef Bouillon - Clean Monday Meals, Beef bouillon paste

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Gruyere Cheese, Shredded

- 1 sprig1 sprig1 sprig Thyme

- Add butter and onions to a saucepan and cook until onions are softened.
- Add bouillon paste, Worcestershire, salt, pepper & three sprigs of thyme, de stemmed.
- Cook on medium heat for 40 minutes, stirring every so often until onions caramelize and turn a nutty brown color.
- Fill phyllo shells with onion mixture,
- top with shredded Gruyère and
- broil until melted.
