High Protein Donut Holes
When your kids ask for donuts, you can easily make these in under 10 minutes. They’re super healthy and packed with protein. My kids devoured these, even my husband loved them! You have to give them a try!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Banana
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Baking Powder

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Sugar

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cinnamon, Ground

- In a mixing bowl, mash your banana. Then add your cottage cheese. Be sure you put this through an immersion blender or regular blender first, it will blend better. Mix together. Stir in your flour and baking powder. Mix until your dough is formed.
- Roll into donut holes and place in the air fryer.
- Cook at 375 for 6-8 minutes, rotating to be sure they get golden brown all around.
- While those are cooking, mix together the coconut sugar and cinnamon. Once the donuts are done, coat in butter or a coconut oil, and then roll into the cinnamon.
