Sweet Heat Goat Cheese Dip
A little creamy, sweet and fiery this dip made with goat cheese is the easiest yet most sophisticated dip you could be bringing to any party! All you need is a few simple ingredients and it can be made in one pan saving you time in the kitchen, because we all know that's a win!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Kosher Salt

- 8 oz8 oz8 oz Goat Cheese
- 2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Adobo Sauce
- 2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt

- Caramelize the Onions
- Heat oil/butter in a skillet over medium-low.
- Add onions + salt and cook 10–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft, golden, and jammy
- Add in Goat cheese, Maple syrup, Chipotle (and adobo sauce if using), yogurt
- Stir until smooth and spreadable.
- Top with herbs, pepper, or extra maple.
