Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix one bag of Fruit Riot Candy Crunch cherries, Cherry Cola flavour with plain greek yogurt until evenly combined.
  3. Use a tablespoon to scoop the yogurt covered cherries and place on the parchment-lined tray. Freeze for about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Create a double boiler and melt chocolate with coconut oil on the stovetop on low heat until smooth.
  5. Dip the yogurt clusters in chocolate and place back on the parchment-lined tray. Place back in the freezer for another 15-20 minutes to set.
  6. Once hardened, cut in half and enjoy!

Notes

How to store: place in the freezer in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
