Steak & Bok Choy Stir Fry
Simple stir fry that is gluten free and dairy free!
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb1.5 lb1.5 lb Beef Top Sirloin Primal - US Wellness Meats, Sliced thin

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Red Onion, Sliced
- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Baby Bok Choy, Chopped
- 5 oz5 oz5 oz Water Chestnuts, Canned
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Sesame Oil

- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Ginger Root, Thumb, grated

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Aminos
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Sambal Oelek, Chili paste
- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Salt

- 0.125 cup0.125 cup0.125 cup Water

- Mix all sauce ingredients together until well combined
- Set aside
- Heat a large wok over medium heat with sesame oil
- Once oil is hot add sirloin and onion
- Let brown and stir. Don’t stir too often so the meat can brown
- When onions are softened and meat is all brown, add in the Bok choy, water chestnuts and sauce
- Cover and simmer of med oil low for 10 mins
- Uncover and simmer for another 10 mins or until some sauce evaporates
- Serve over basmati rice with cilantro on top
- Enjoy!
