Process

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients together until well combined
  2. Set aside
  3. Heat a large wok over medium heat with sesame oil
  4. Once oil is hot add sirloin and onion
  5. Let brown and stir. Don’t stir too often so the meat can brown
  6. When onions are softened and meat is all brown, add in the Bok choy, water chestnuts and sauce
  7. Cover and simmer of med oil low for 10 mins
  8. Uncover and simmer for another 10 mins or until some sauce evaporates
  9. Serve over basmati rice with cilantro on top
  10. Enjoy!
