- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Cottage Cheese, or 1 single serve container
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Instant Coffee

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cocoa Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Coconut Sugar

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Mini Chocolate Chips, Semi-Sweet
