i’ve been seeing those drizzilicious mini rice cake snacks EVERYWHERE… so naturally, i had to make a better-for-you version. 😌🎉✨
put my blood sugar–balancing hat on (aka how can we add protein + fiber & ditch the excess sugar) & voilà — birthday cake drizzled protein veggie crisps.
made with fiber-boosted peakapop veggie crisps, a sugar-free white chocolate ganache boosted with further food's vanilla collagen for that protein boost, & finished with good dee's keto sprinkles for the full birthday cake vibe. 🎂
sweet, crunchy, colorful, & way more balanced than the original!
Ingredients
white chocolate collagen ganache
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips

- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Vanilla Collagen Peptides Powder - Further Food

- 2-4 Tbsp2-4 Tbsp2-4 Tbsp Water

- evenly spread out veggie crisps onto a baking sheet.
- to make white chocolate collagen ganache: in a bowl, melt white chocolate chips, then mix in vanilla collagen peptides, & water until reaches a nice drizzly consistency.
