- Lemon Juice, fresh from 1/2 of a lemon
- Lemon zest, fresh from 1/2 of a lemon
- Monk Fruit Sweetener (Norbu), or sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract
