- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Hemp Hearts, OPTIONAL, for extra protein
