3-Ingredient Peppermint Fudge
Delicious and easy peppermint fudge that comes together quickly! It's paleo, vegan, and keto-friendly depending on what type of chocolate you use. Top with crushed candy canes or peppermint candy for a festive looks
Ingredients
- 12 oz12 oz12 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, about 2 cups - or use chocolate bars of your choice (sugar-free for keto)
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Almond Butter, or any nut or seed butter of your choice
- 0.75 tsp0.75 tsp0.75 tsp Peppermint Extract
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Candy Canes, crushed
- Sea Salt
- Almonds, (or other nuts)

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper, and spray with cooking spray. You can also use a silicone ice mold.
- If using chocolate bars, break them up into bite sized pieces. Combine chocolate and nut butter in a saucepan, and melt together over low heat. Alternatively, you can also microwave the mixture to melt.
- Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract.
- Pour into the prepared baking pan or ice mold. Sprinkle crushed candy canes or any other toppings, if using.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour.
- Remove from the pan by using the parchment paper, then cut into squares or pop out of the mold.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a month or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
