Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Lay your phyllo dough on a cutting board and slice the sheet down the middle creating two sections
- Fill each section's center with a chunky piece of brie cheese and fig jam
- Brush butter on all four corners of each section
- Begin by folding the left and ride sides over the cheese
- Brush butter again
- Roll the phyllo dough toward the center; starting from the bottom of the dough
- Brush the top with butter once again, and sprinkle your sesame seeds on top for decor
- Repeat the process until all your rolls are completed!
- Air fry at 375F for 5-10min (or until tops are golden brown)
- Enjoy with some extra jam for dipping on the side!
Notes
Serving size will vary depending on how big you cut your brie. To preserve that crunchy bite, store in a container with the lid half off (exposed to the air will keep the crunch!)
