2-ingredient Caesar Chicken Wings (Edit recipe)

If you are obsessed with Caesar dressing as much as I am, you are going to love these Caesar chicken wings. Caesar dressing has so much potential beyond just a salad. I recommend marinating the wings in it, brushing it on top of the wings while baking and lastly, enjoying the wings by dunking them in the Caesar dressing. Are you sold yet? All you need is 2 ingredients - Chicken wings (of course) and your favorite Caesar dressing. If you want to be fancy, add a sprinkle of parmesan cheese, parsley and squeeze of lemon before serving. That's it! Hope you give these easy, delicious Chicken wings a try.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Using paper towels, thoroughly pat dry chicken wings to remove moisture. This is an essential step to ensure crispier wings.
  2. Add ¼ cup of your favorite Caesar dressing to the Chicken wings and toss them well to coat. Add salt and pepper if desired (although not necessary because the dressing should already contain it). Allow the wings to marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight (for best results).
  3. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  4. Arrange the marinated chicken wings on the lined baking tray. Bake at 425°F for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway. Feel free to brush some more Caesar dressing after flipping the wings.
  5. When done, squeeze some fresh lemon juice. Garnish with parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  6. Serve with additional lemon wedges and some more Caesar dressing on the side. Enjoy!
