  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Rinse and drain chickpeas, and dry using a clean tea towel.
  3. Spread chickpeas evenly onto a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 mins or until crunchy.
  4. Break up chocolate into a small bowl and microwave for 20-30 secs (or until melted) *be careful not to microwave for too long, as chocolate will seize.
  5. Stir in the crispy chickpeas and coat evenly.
  6. Spread onto a baking sheet and place in fridge/freezer to set.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week
