3 Ingredient brownie Bites
if you’re like me and just want something sweet after lunch or at night, these three ingredients and brownie bites are perfect. They are super healthy, packed with fiber and good nutrients, and it only takes three ingredients. I use peanut butter, but feel free to swap out with any nut butter of choice And add any thing else that you love in brownies. Chopped walnuts, or M&Ms would be so yummy.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Medjool Dates
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup 55% Cacao Organic Vegan Dark Chocolate Bar - Pascha Chocolate Co.
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- First, make sure the dates are pitted. Add them to a bowl with water and let them soak for 30 minutes to an hour.
- Once the dates are done, soaking, add them to a food processor. Melt your chocolate, and add to the food processor. Add your peanut butter or choice of peanut butter. Blend together until the batter becomes cookie dough like.
- Rolls into brownie bites and enjoy!
