  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon together. Pour into s shallow baking dish.
  2. Set bread slices in the mixture, press down and flip them over and press the other side. Transfer to a baking sheet.
  3. Melt 1 Tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add bread rounds and cook 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown. Add addition butter and repeat.
  4. Serve warm with maple syrup.
