Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Wash and fully dry the peppers, then toss with olive oil and salt until coated.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F and cook half of the peppers for about 10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until slightly charred and wrinkled.
  3. Remove, top with flaky salt, and repeat with the second batch.
  4. Let cool before enjoying. Cook time may vary depending on pepper size and quantity.
