This smoothie is delicious and packed with nutrients.! It provides a ton of fiber from all natural sources and even has healthy proteins in it. It’s a super random ingredient list, but it’s a good one!
Ingredients

- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Peaches
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Hemp Hearts
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz Water
Process

- In a blender, add all of the ingredients in your blender. Blend until it’s creamy. Pour into their desired cup!
