Almond Butter Mousse
Fluffy, airy, nourishing, and full of almond butter yum, this easy almond butter mousse needs only 4 ingredients and 5 minutes to make. Naturally sweetened with maple syrup and both gluten-free and vegan, you’ll want to lick every spatula, spoon, and bowl clean.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Silken Tofu
- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Maple Caramel Almond Butter, Georgia Grinders
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup, 1-2 tbsp per taste
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Combine the tofu, almond butter, maple syrup, and salt in a blender or food processor and blend until fully combined and smooth. Approximately 90 seconds. If you notice any almond butter stuck to the sides, scrape it with a spatula and blend again.
- Divide the mousse into two glasses and chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
- Top with whipped cream, chopped almonds, and chocolate chips if desired. Enjoy!
