- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, can sub coconut yogurt
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup, 1-2 tbsp to taste
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Apple Pie Spice, can sub cinnamon

- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt
