- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Garlic, Minced

- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Coconut Aminos
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Onion Powder

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
- 1.5 tsp1.5 tsp1.5 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 1.5 tsp1.5 tsp1.5 tsp Garlic, Minced

- 1.5 tsp1.5 tsp1.5 tsp Sriracha
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cashews, Raw

- 111 Coconut Aminos, Enough to coat the cashews
- 111 Avocado Oil, Enough to coat the cashews
- 111 Lettuce, Green Leaf, Chopped, Enough for 3 Salads
- 111 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped, Enough for 3 Salads
- 111 Cilantro, Handful, Chopped
- 111 Broccoli Slaw, Chopped, Enough for 3 Salads

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- STEAK ASSEMBLY
- Mix all of the ingredients and marinate the steak. Preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to High Heat roughly 550°F.
- Place the steaks on the grill for 5 minutes, flipping only once, then grill for an additional 4 minutes on the other side for a medium rare steak.
- Adjust cooking time based on personal preference.
- Set aside for 10 minutes. Do not cover.
- Thinly slice.
- CASHEW ASSEMBLY
- Lightly coat cashews with oil and coconut aminos. Place on a small baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Remove from pan and place on a paper towel.
- DRESSING ASSEMBLY
- In a small mixing bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well.
- SALAD INGREDIENTS
- In a large salad bowl combine all ingredients except the steak and cashews.
- Evenly coat the salad with the dressing, and plate the salad.
- Top each salad with steak and cashews.
