Asthi Dhatu Aperitif (Edit recipe)

Most drinks either have too many chemicals or too much sugar. Over time we have been experimenting with our homemade bone broth by matching it to different liquors. However, our bone broth is never consistent. The Bare Bones beef broth is a game changer. It is smooth to the taste and matches wonderfully with Dickel Rye Whisky. For our brothers and sisters of Ayurveda: "Fermented liquor is exhilarating, nourishing, removes fear, grief and fatigue, provides boldness, energy, imagination, satisfaction and strength." -Charaka Samhita
