Avocado, mango, crab salad
Some of my favorite summertime ingredients in one dish. Fresh, vibrant and of course tasty!
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Red Onion, small dice
- 2 cloves2 cloves2 cloves Garlic, finely minced

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Chipotle Powder
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Mayonnaise
- 111 Lime

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Kosher Salt

- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp Black Pepper

- 1 lb1 lb1 lb Lump Crab Meat
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Mango, small dice
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Avocado, small dice

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients except the diced mango and avocado. Stir gently to incorporate but not to break up the crab too much. Taste for seasoning and adjust as needed.
- For plating, use a ring mold and add a layer of mango, followed by diced avocado or guacamole then top with the crab mixture.
- Enjoy with a side of your favorite chips.
Notes
Guacamole is a good substitute if you do not have avocado
