A soft, hearty loaf made with Maïzly Original, sweet bananas, and a crunchy top that’s just begging to be shared. Enjoy warm with a splash of Maïzly Original or a cup of coffee. Naturally sweet, fiber-filled, and free from dairy, this loaf brings comfort and nutrition to your mornings.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Preheat & prep. Set your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a loaf tin with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Mash & mix. In a large bowl, mash 2 ripe bananas. Stir in Maïzly Original and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Dry meets wet. In another bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Add to the banana mixture and stir until just combined—don’t overmix!
  4. Fold in the good stuff. Gently fold in walnuts and chocolate chunks
  5. Decorate the top. Pour batter into your loaf tin. Top with your halved banana slices (cut side up) and a few more chocolate chunks for that bakery-style finish
  6. Bake & breathe. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean (except maybe a little melted chocolate—that’s okay!). Let it cool slightly before slicing.
