Banana Bread
There’s nothing quite like the smell of fresh banana bread baking in the oven! 🍌Made with our Gluten-Free, Grain-Free and Plant-Based Pancake & Waffle Mix, it’s a simple one-bowl recipe that comes together in minutes.
Ingredients
- 111 Almond Flour Pancake & Waffle Mix - Cassavaberry, 1 package

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Coconut Sugar

- 1.5 cups1.5 cups1.5 cups Banana, ripe, mashed (about 3 medium bananas)
- .75 cup.75 cup.75 cup Water
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Vanilla Extract

- .75 cup.75 cup.75 cup Walnuts, Optional

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease an 8" loaf pan.
- Add the Pancake & Waffle Mix into a large bowl, add the coconut sugar, (optional nuts) and stir.
- Mash bananas on a plate with a fork, until smooth. Measure, and add to mixing bowl.
- Pour in vanilla and water, and mix until just combined (do not overmix).
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, and the bread feels firm when the toothpick is inserted.
- Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Cool completely before slicing. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
